I studied fashion at FIT. Only to stay in New York and work on the editorial team at various Fashion publications — Marie Claire France, French Vogue, Vogue Hommes. After that I started and ran a children’s clothing subscription business, importing boutique brands from Europe and North America. Having kids is what brought the making back: painting, sewing, embroidery, beading, reworking and customizing. Professional crafting at its best. It’s also what I love to do for other people now — when someone needs something imagined and actually made, for a piece, an event or a space, they call me.
