All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please read all item descriptions, measurements, and condition notes carefully before purchasing. If you have questions about an item, contact us before completing your purchase.

Condition & Vintage Standards
All items sold by 212vtg are vintage, secondhand, or reworked unless otherwise noted. Vintage garments may show natural signs of age including light fading, softening of fabric, and minor patina. These characteristics are inherent to vintage goods and are not considered defects.

Accurate Listings
We make every effort to accurately represent each item through detailed descriptions, measurements in inches and centimeters, and photography. Color may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Shipping
Orders are processed and shipped same day or next business day from Lower Manhattan, NY. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment. 212vtg is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances outside our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, 212vtg is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will do our best to assist.
